Thousands of Latinos relocated to Pennsylvania after September 11th in search of safer, more affordable lives. Now the presence of this new, predominantly young population could make the difference in which candidate wins the state in November. This week I spoke with Jesse Salazar, the 25-year-old Latino Vote Director for Obama's campaign in Pennsylvania, about the increasing importance of the Latino vote both here and nationwide.
