I hope these people make a showing at the Rally for the Republic

They will certainly be treated with the respect that they deserve and are not getting from Obama and McCain.

Good Post Trevor ! Both

Good Post Trevor ! Both Political Parties would have reacted the same way ! They both work for the same cause.

Get use to seeing those Storm Troopers , you'll be seeing more of them in the future !

I support "our" troops

The soldiers in this video were the brightest stars at the DNC. We are finally witnessing the birth of "our" troops, instead of George Bush's.

It's a rough pill to swallow, but those in the military unquestioningly carrying out the commands of our tyrannical leaders are no better than the Redcoats under King George III.

The military makes soldiers of kids

That "rough pill" is true, but young kids are easy to manipulate and intimidate. Also many soldiers were National Guard with no idea of being sent to Iraq. Many are just too weak to stand against authority, that's why we have to change the war culture and submission to authority that most in our nation still accept.

I don't think

anyone will have much luck with changing the innately human quality of submission to authority

the best we can do, imhmfo, is disperse the authority to keep it from becoming a dominant and centralized force (i.e. the death star)

Clearly They're Not Familiar With

The political philosophies of Zbigniew Brzezinski and Henry Kissinger. They all would be well served to study and understand the story and writing of U.S. Marine General Smedley D. Butler, author of War Is A Racket http://www.amazon.com/War-Racket-Antiwar-Americas-Decorated/dp/092291586...
