Great piece!! I doubt we'd see an article like this on Fox or CNN!

I am just absolutely convinced that the best formula for giving us peace and preserving the American way of life is freedom, limited government, and minding our own business overseas. - Ron Paul

He's a underheard voice in the fight for Liberty.
They say that buying pot funds terrorism, which I take personally. Because I used to sell pot, and the only time I ever funded terrorism was when I filed my taxes.

You declared what you made from selling pot? Were you high?
This is the kind of thing that makes the Congressmen and women sweat. It is great to print it and send it with a letter that is also carbon copied the local newspaper. Usually nothing happens, but it lets them know you have much more ability to keep an eye on them than they are comfortable with.

It should help to identify those politicians who are really grovelling at the trough, or as my very British uncle calls it, "Troughing" - a wonderfully descriptive term for many of our elected representatives.
However, for some reason the link to the article doesn't work for me...Maybe it is a computer issue on my part.

Great information. I wish there was an easy way to do this on a state level.

funny how recently i was thinking about what a good idea a service like that might be.
wouldn't it be nice if there was a trustworthy organization that would take it upon themselves to record and consolidate every vote into a neat database and design an intuitive web based UI for anyone to get voting history on any federal politician? generate comparison tables, etc.
with something like that, providing that it would become popular enough, it would no longer be possible for politicians to lie about their voting record as people would be able to look it up in a jiffy.
just a thought. maybe there's already something like that out there, i just never bothered to look.
