...with that great government industry partnership, why didn't they build a satellite that wouldn't fail?
Who was paid the hundreds of millions of dollars to build and launch the thing? Where they penalized and/or fined after they lost operational control over it "shortly after it was launched"?
There are too many unanswered questions. Questions that will never be asked. More smoke and mirrors so that we can have the capability to blind our "enemies" from space and conquer the world.
