Type of Content: Video The current restrictions against hemp were put in place and maintained, not because hemp is evil or harmful, but for big money to make more big money, while we suffer and die needlessly. Look at a proposal such as this; if we were allowed to grow hemp in our back yards and cure our own illnesses, what do you think the reaction of the pharmaceutical industry would be to such a plan? Many large pharmaceutical companies that still exist today sold hemp based medicines in the 1800's and early 1900's. They knew then what I have recently found out. These excellent videos demonstrate why law enforcement and our "justice for the criminal" system invests so much time, effort and tax-payer dollars into suppressing the growth and distribution of marijuana and hemp. As the videos attest to, relatively cheap and natural substances are a major threat to the pharmaceutical cartels who profit billions from the sale of drugs that fail miserably at providing similar benefits. Since hemp doesn't require pesticide application during its cultivation and fabric made from it lasts indefinitely, it's also a threat to the chemical and cotton industries as well.
The FDA estimates that as many 140,000 Americans have been injured and as many as 50,000 have died after taking the pain killer Vioxx. Despite the fact this death count is the equivalent to the mortality rate of the Vietnam war, you won't be hearing anyone from Merck punished or held accountable. That is only one drug in a litany of pharmaceuticals that have been pulled off the shelves due to life-threatening adverse reactions. How many people have you heard about that have suffered from the ill-effects of the marijuana plant?
Unlike the harder drugs and even alcohol, marijuana is related to very little serious crime. In Canada, a number of cities operate free heroin injection clinics where addicts can shoot up the illegal narcotic to their heart's content. The health authority refers to this as their "harm reduction" program. As far as misnomers go, that one has to take the cake.
This is the same syndicate who would then deny a patient a few puffs of grass to ease the pain from mental or physical anguish, or a serious degenerative disease. Connect the dots and you'll see why we're helping to "rebuild" Afghanistan, where opium production has risen 80% since the US led invasion and now supplies the majority of the world's heroin.
The truth of the matter is that sick people are a boon to big business -- like the Cancer Foundation who thrive on deception, disease and donations. Instead of advocating non-invasive and effective treatments derived from natural sources, they resort to ionizing radiation, toxic chemotherapy and dangerous surgery -- successful in less than 10% of those treated. The pink ribbon that you see plastered everywhere is looking more and more like a noose than a sign of hope.
There would appear to be a correlation between our government's stance on hemp usage and the Chinese government's contempt for the spiritual practice of Falun Gong. Both promote peace and harmony, conscious awareness and a greater understanding of the world around us. In a statement President Bush made, "if you're not with us -- you're against us", he makes it very clear that war protesters and free thinkers are the real enemy of the state.

I don't know if this stuff works or not, but people should be free to try it if they want to. The fact that they aren't, is a demonstration of the extent to which we have lost freedom in America, and apparently Canada too. We need to vote out all of the psychopaths and crooks who currently run government and put in people who actually believe in freedom.

My mom just underwent extensive surgery for pancreatic cancer (despite my begging her not to!). The recovery was brutal, but she seems to be doing OK now. ARe you familiar with Kevin Trudeau's work? He's amazing at exposing big pharma as well.
