Are you missing Ron Paul yet?
Last nights debate between the 2 party cronies was yet another example of the petty squabbling between grown men who know better. Both the Washington Post and ABC News are running articles on the falsehoods and untruths stated by McBama. We shouldn't be surprised with this. There has been a long history of campaigns making allegations to distract the voters from the reality of the issues being skirted. The examples of this are too many to list in a manner to make interesting, however I will tell you there was an opportunity, as there always is, to inform the citizens. Sadly we missed it. The Huffington Post tells us that it wasn't John McCain who lost the debates, it was Conservative Ideals. If McCain represented conservative ideals or true free market economics I would have to agree. We are being snowed into the belief that we are operating within a free market, and not the managed market in which we find ourselves being pulled deeper and deeper into leading us closer to a fascist/socialist government. The masses are falling for it. Free markets get the blame and the cries of "There is more we (the government) can do the fix _______." are heard louder and louder from those you would never have expected to utter such defeatist sentiments. Fortunately for us we still have time and opportunity to make a difference. Ron Paul is still out there working to bring more of those individuals who believe in freedom, liberty, and true free markets out of the shadows and into political office. More like him will only benefit this country. Watching these debates only further reinforces to me how badly Ron Paul's presence and philosophy is needed in these debates. I'm not missing Ron Paul, the lame stream media is.
