The Race to the House Campaign needs to be launched.

i have an idea...one that i probably don't understand why we havent already done. As the campaign for liberty is going on now its become clear that we need something to launch to effect this election and not the next for all of our sake.
I suggest we take the entire resources of the ron paul movement and focus on what for a lack of better words will call the Race to the House Campaign. The idea here is to force a house of representatives vote to decide our president this year. Again I am not sure why we havent thought of this before.
But the republicans have setup something call the victory fund this year. This lets them donate to state, local, candidate up to about 70k per person.
So they are intentionally putting tons of money into the local and state donations rather than the national level only.
So how can this help our movement? So...lets look at what we know.
http://ronpaulgraphs.com/donors.html
During the ron paul campaign all regions in green on ron paul graphs charts were strong bases for our movement and our voting results in the end reflected that at a state and county level.
Now lets break this down :
1st place victories in a county-http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Image:2008primarycounties.png
Montana, North Dakota, Minnesota, Maine, Colorado, Utah and Nevada all had none mccain supporting blocks that were also strongly supportive of paul.
High showing in other states included:
Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Alaska
What is really interesting then is to go back to 1992 and look at ross perot's results:
http://www.uselectionatlas.org/RESULTS/data.php?year=1992&datatype=natio...
If you sort this data you find out top states(>23% of the vote for for perot) were:
*1) Maine
**2) Alaska
*3) Utah
**4) Idaho
5) Kansas
***6) Nevada
****7)Montana
8)Wyoming
9)Oregon
10)Minnesota
11) Arizona
12) Washington
13) Nebraska
14) Colorado
*=state in which perot got 2nd
**=other vote + perots vote=2nd
***=state in which rep party and national party are in feud
****strongest repeated results year to year for 3rd party and indep candidate like paul, barr, baldwin should be expected. Anti real id, pro gun rights state.
This year we have a target of only 10 or so states to flood at the local level for newspapers, tv and LP and CP.
We dont need in other words to choose between barr or baldwin in who should take up the flag of the movement or even a ron paul write in.
All we have to do instead is flood 10 states with 1 million for the LP party and 1 million for the CP party people.
The result is 2 million dollars of advertising per state in some of the strongest parts of the country for our message.
This would force media attention since we would be all over their local affiliates news and advertising. As well as all over their local newspapers, that in smaller population areas people read.
How about this everyone?
How about we blow the roof of the house this year with the race for the house campaign?
What do you think trevor and gang...interested?
