OK,
Now is the time to move the masses.
Now is the time to identify and source Rock Bands and musicians who support and will rally around Ron Paul. It can be done.
Where the media has kept him out of the public eye, why not fill Stadiums with people that can come bring awareness and bring the power of the vote, and campaign dollars.
I'm not talking your typical music promoters who control the action for profit.
I'm talkin huge venues.
Now is the time to have a Woodstock, not like the Corporate America Woodstock they had a few years back.
Imagine every major city having 3 day festivals.
Imagine a Monthlong Festival.
I'm talking bring in the huge bands that will drive the masses into a frenzy.
I don't know where many of them are at in their preference, but doesn't the message of freedom ring for several of these major bands that can pack the houses and drive money and awareness home for Ron Paul?
I can't see RAGE AGAINST THE MACHINE wanting to vote for McCain, Hillary, or Obama. But I could be wrong.
There would have to be others that agree that Ron Paul needs to be brought into the spotlight to win this election.
First off, there needs to be the right promoter who agrees with the Ron Paul platform.
Second, there needs to be a list of bands that will do this for the cause, not for the money. Granted it costs a lot of money to book events, etc, but hey...
why not move a monthlong Festival to some out of the city location upon multiple acres and rock the nation?
I think there would be others.
I just don't know where Willie Nelson or anybody else stands to be honest with you.
But I think there is a time to do something so incredible that Ron Paul could get elected.
How about bands from around the world that support the message of freedom?
AC/DC, Metallica, Megadeath, Van Halen, I don't know where Eddie Vedder would stand..., but ...
there could be multiple stages, so alternative bands have a shot to play and drive home the message.
Country and Western can have their own venues. Or combine them altogether for monthlong festivals that send money and power and numbers for the cause. Get me involved. Get you involved.
Show the clips of crowds moving and waving - like those in the huge festivals in Europe.
It is time to think outside the box. And this can be done. Hey Break the Matrix - get into Concert Promotion. Take over the entertainment field. And drive the masses.
Get people away from their TV. Put these events into the spotlight for all to see based on crowds that nobody can ignore.
Talkin power in numbers.
Lynard Skynnard got Carter elected.
Same thing can be done but on a much larger scale, talking millions of people all summer long.
Only now, time is more critical than the 70's. Would you not agree?
Show what a facade the election process is, and expose it for what it is. This is the best idea I can come up with. Start the ball rolling now.

I had tickets to see Ozzy in 1982, and then he died in a plane crash 1 month before. Brad Gillis (Nightranger, picked up the pcs) went on to fill in. But imagine this guitarist to this day. One of the best, and so young. Why do all the guitarists die?
Even if its just a rented parking lot with a couple of carnival rides, some booths with merchandise. Get a speaker/MC to introduce a band or two. Some volunteers to pass out pamphlets or something. This is something churches in my home town used to do to rally their congregation and attract new converts. I cant imagine why we shouldn't use these tactics to our advantage.
Pull people off the streets, and bang them with the message while they're kid is on a ride, and they cant just walk away. they have to listen to what you have to say. if they dont wanna hear your message they have to pull their kid off the ride and deal with a crying 6 year old for a few hours, as they leave the carnival.
The music festival is a great idea, but it put my mind to work in a different direction.
If you put a noose around the neck of a neo con and put him up on a stool, he'll kick the stool out from under himself because "well for better or for worse I'm already here."
Anyone know how to get in touch with John Kay? Would love to hear them belt out MONSTER at this gig. Or Bob Seger. If they knew about it, I think they would do it. Just a thought! :)

Former member Mr. Ganon by the way died May 1st because of the fact he was on a waiting list for a liver transplant, but because he was a medical marijuana patient, they booted him from the list of recipients and gave him a certain death. This is in a state where Medical Marijuana is legal. But they kicked him off the roles for liver transplant because of it. Some say it was his time. Is that what they say about cancer or many other diseases? No. This was heinous to not give him a transplant because he was a patient. And some say they stand up for the rights of the living. Let's hear it for the Medical Establishment for denying Mr. Ganon.

I was working backstage at a Metallica show. I had a Kill Em All Cassette Tape cover and a pen ready. JAMZ came out of the dressing room with a guitar. I held the pen and the cover up, I had bought like 3 Kill Em All tapes by that time, because they kept getting ripped off, but had the covers. JAMZ goes, "This is from Megaforce Records yah I'll sign that." He could tell from the cover that it was the original. I didn't know at the time. But got the autograph, had a coors light with him after the show.

We the people, your faithful followers, are winning national delegate spots all across the country for you. You have a lot more supporters than you "envisioned" a year ago, more than I think you realize now.
There are a ton of UNBOUND Delegates for McCain that can be swayed your way if they were to see you and he go at it head to head in a televised debate.
Our suggestion is that, along with running ads here and there around the country. Challenge John McCain to a nation wide debate and offer to donate $1,000,000 to the charity of his choice. (An offer he can't refuse.)
Obama and Clinton have had many debates but you and the Senator haven't had one.
We know that you will win as always and the unbound delegates will swing your way! This is important and will most assuredly get you a speaking spot at the national convention!

What a GREAT idea! Instead of putting the pressure of funding the $1,000,000 debate price tag on the Ron Paul campaign; how about we do what we as Ron Paul supporters have done thus far and do it ourselves!!!

I honestly think that the Ron Paul supporters are doing everything they can to give Ron Paul the exposure that he deserves, but I also think that we are running out of ideas, we are getting tired of being ignored by the mainstream media... Not to say that we are giving up or are defeated, as Ron Paul has said,
"Freedom is popular!"
I think its time to let our "Heavyweight Fighter" (Ron Paul) do what he does best and debate McCain one on one!
So I don't know who is responsible for the prior money bombs but this would be a GREAT way to get Ron Paul on the stage!!!
Ron Paul or Trevor Lyman could hold a press conference and announce the idea and show Ron Paul accepting the offer and then see if McCain steps up or backs down...
